A man who wears womans clothing, or vice versa, is known as a transvestite. I think a gender bender is a gay person, who wears clothes of the opposite sex. And a transexual is somebody who changes their sex by having it chopped off or added on (not sure how they do this), depending on your sex. A pre-op transexual is someone who wears clothes of the opposite sex, but is going through corrective surgery. And a Transylvanian is someone from a place in Romania.
