Im not Welsh, and i dont think its too Welsh. I think it would a differnt stroy if it was "English" as msot things are like that and its a cahnge to ahve a Welsh presenter for the whole of the uk. I think the adverts for the first series were a bit too Welsh, but i dont think the actual show is Welsh at all.
