Shilpa has read about Jade before she enterd the house but didnt really know about her. Then the others told her about Jade when they were in the house.

Yeah, Jade would have explained to her aswell.

^ When she said "your claim to fame is this" she meant in the sense her argueing and shouting her way through things and not her previous stint in the BB house.
The other HMs told her of Jade. I don't think Shilpa read about her before as she came hours before going into the house to London

After Jade enterd the house Shilpa told her that she had read that Jade was entering the house and that they were expecting her.

I asked because I watched the show when jade and jack first entered the house and shilpa had a look on her face that made me wonder if she had heard of her, not was friends with her.
