Only likeable bloke in there. Anything to stop Biggins winning. Or those repulsive creatures from whatever their shows are called, usually watched by morons.

I like him. I think he stands a good chance of becoming more popular if he's featured more and his 'fun' side is shown. They moan about him not smiling, but the stuff he says is a hell of a lot more interesting and has more depth behind it than anything any of Marnie/Lewis/Bear can come up with.

No. I think you have to be on drugs to like most of the others.

He's a good guy behind the sometimes "controversial" (often perfectly reasonable) views.

Well what if James dangled his penis in front of Marnie while she was eating her breakfast cereal.
That's how inappropriate she is.

That's a bit different. However, I don't think what Marnie did was okay as such (though was only intended as a bit of fun), it wasn't James' place to comment on it. If Saira has a problem with it, that would also be different.

It's a bit different but not far off. She was totally disrespectful to Saira.
I keep have to remind myself Marnie is a 24 years old woman, and not 16, or even younger. She's pathetic.

Why can't he comment? That's like saying no one should intervene in any situation and just let the people involved get on with it.

He's not as bad as I thought, but...he's definitely not as worthy as some of the other housemates.

I don't want to spoil it for others, but let's just say he sorted Bear out...made him look a fool. Bit of a food fight went on.

spot on.

..oh darn, I didn't realise that there was a BBOTs last night and missed it../the food fight...it's not usually on, on a Sunday is it smudgie..?...
He's surprisingly one of the better ones for sure.
..yeah this..he's not someone that I thought I would like that much but so far, he's seeming a decent guy...

...interesting that Grant just didn't get it and thought it was all about Marnie flashing her boobs, rather than the ridiculing/be-littling...so shallow for a guy of his years and probably because she's been flirting with him...awful character that only sees surface...

Well probably Grant didn't get it because he's hoping to bed Marnie, most probably when on the outside.
He wants to stay on her good side in the house.

James' fan base is growing, especially after the Marnie boob show.
He's shown himself to be a thoroughly decent man.
Whereas she has proved herself to be a drunken tart who has no respect for people her parents' age.:nono:

James showed great diplomacy and humour in dealing with Saira's bigoted pigeon-holing of him as a 'racist' (when she had only been in the house 5 minutes)
Despite that, he befriends her and then defends her against Marnie's horrid boob outburst.
I wasn't sure on him at first but he's doing great so far.
Yet if they went up in a vote together she would still outdo him. :smug:
i wouldn't bet on that actually :smug:

yeah i like james, if he survives this week he may have a chance...he is great at stimulating debate
but i just think hes too outspoken to win there are too many pitfalls he will fall down.
obviously biggins will laugh his way to victory , the runners up spot is all thats available

Looks like a vote campaign is going to be needed.
its pretty clear that the rest of the house think James is going to win it. Whats really funny is that he couldn't care less and would be happy to leave at the first opportunity

He said himself last night though that he just has a grumpy face, some people do even though they might have a wicked sense of humour. He hasn't had a chance to show any good side yet.
