When one is completely not willing to take part in physical and emotional prank (or whatever) of others, and it continues beyond resistance and not playing; it becomes borderline bullying.
It went too far in my eyes!! If it is all fun and joke, then on whose expense??
It looks like the young seem to ostracize the old..

If you mean the food fight clip James invited that behaviour by starting it, unfortunately it backfired on him and he got it back in triplicate.

They hassled him first AND HE RETALIATED, he didn't instigate it. Job done, kids scolded and the winner was James when he did the Alpha and told them to stop, which they did. Amazing how some people see things like they want to see it AS OPPOSED TO THE TRUTH.

Bear certainly didn't like it and turned quite nasty (there's a surprise) .
He likes to dish it out but he didn't like the fact that he looked a fool covered in the brown stuff.:joker:

They started mauling him while he was cooking,he told them to stop, they started taunting him ,so he dropped the bag of powder over Bears head, then they did it back but had to go one better an use water too,James said that's enough, looks very much to me like Bears, heavyD etc, fault.

I'm surprised you're allowed to lay your hands on someone like that really, but BB is always inconsistent with the rules. The news story on their website tried to make out James was not 'a morning person' and the others were just acting like loud brash youngsters. Continuing the long tradition of biased presentation of news stories.

James was being antagonised by those two prats, that Bear is one of the worst housemates ever.

Don't you worry about James, if he really gets annoyed, he will annihilate them young ones mark my words. I just hope he's in there long enough so we can see it.

Funny thing is Bear and Heavy were deliberately winding him up. Bear doesn't even call James by his name...he refers to him as 'baldy' and Bear doesn't really like him. It was a deliberate act. I liked James tipping that coffee all over his head but he must have expected retaliation. James took it well and was right to put a stop to it...but you could tell he wasn't happy.

Tbh, i think that is Bear all over. It was ok for him to do what he wanted but when it came back at him he has to ramp it up more. There is definitely a nasty streak there.

On this series of BB anyway.
And I'm sure if the older Housemates were the majority the younger ones would be patronised out of the house like Jason tried to do to people like Ryan in the last Civilian BB.

People might not like Maxwell on the Internet, but he was a big character for his series.
Although tbf nearly everyone except for the final two and Orlaith was big characters in BB6.

Winding people up seems to be the theme this time
Heavy D started it, Bear joined in later ..,James took it a step too far but it was acceptable
Saira started it...Marnie took it a step too far but it was NOT ACCEPTABLE
The big diff is Heavy D was not setting out to be unkind like Marnie or to patronise and analyse like Saira....it was just lads banter and James gave as good as he got...it all went a bit far but it was James who cranked it up a gear and good for him....now the lads know who they're dealing with.
Marnie was a whole diff situation and actually made me angry as I watched....and I don't even particularly like Saira but I found the whole thing highly offensive.

Double standards isn't it ?
Yes it is....the lads were only messing about with James...,they're trying to get a reaction and to get his attention ...James isn't integrating with the young ones and they're trying to accept him by joking around with him ....I actually think they want him to join in more and are trying to invite him into the group....I don't think it was meant in a maliscaous way
Saira situation is very different, she is integrating with the young ones but she's doing it by analysing them and patronising them...she has rubbed them up the wrong way and the three lads weren't picking on her in the kitchen, they were telling her how they feel about it....something she does all the time with everyone else...she just doesn't like it done to her
Marnie is a whole different thing and her situation with Saira was disrespectful, distasteful and offensive. And people who defend her while at the same time attack the boys are hypocrites. Marnie was humiliating Saira on purpose...the boys were just reacting to Saira by engaging in a conversation.

James can't expect to do that and then not get anything back in return, I bet he uses this as some sort of sympathy vote cos he's going to be up, and with luck he'll be going, especially since it's VTS and when he's up against someone like Bear

I don't accept that someone can lay their hands like that on someone, it was clearly designed to try and undermine. Both Heavy D and Bear are like a couple of stupid school playground idiots who think they can intimidate someone. I think most will be cheering when James pours that powder over Bear.

He did indeed, he emptied 'all' the coffee over Stephen first, you cannot do that and not expect some retaliation afterwards.
As has been the case in many series of food fights, they do escalate too anyway.
James has no sympathy from me on this one.

Heavy D rubbed his head and he asked him to stop then HD and Bear continued to jeer and taunt him, he was cooking food so wasn't really in a position to walk away, good on him for dumping coffee over Stephen, he was being very childish along either his mate
