Men's 400m heats are seeded terribly imo. Some races really stacked whilst others fairly slow, and lane draws make no sense either. Also can't see Rabah Yousif for GB on the startlists??? (he was 5th at the World Champs last year in the 400)

Yeah her Shot and Javelin both suck :laugh: but she's easily the best in the field in the 200 and the long jump, if she can run sub 23 in the 200 and jump 6.80+ she'll be right back in it for the final 800m, which she's usually strong at.

Despite her small size she's actually quite good at Shot and Javelin, not amazing but certainly strong in terms of her competitors. She's decent at the 200 and great at the 800, so it just depends how close she can get to KJT in the long jump tbh.

She's set a PB in the Shot this year but in all the heptathlons she's done this year she's thrown lower than 13m. Her Gotzis throws were absymal. Jess is a consistent 14m+ thrower so Kat really needs a PB in the Shot again tbh.
