Literally any of them could be described as a massive shock. lewis/marnie /chloe is a massive shock cus of who is casting the votes, the rest would be a massive shock because theyre better humans who dont deserve to be up for eviction yet.

Lewis, Bear and Heavy are dealing out the "killer nominations" so Emma saying one was a massive shock doesnt narrow it down really.. She could be saying that because they voted for somebody inside their show-ruining clique and betraying their friendship causing a shock, or they could vote for someone outside of their clique causing a shock because nobody expected them to be nominated this early.
