Saira would've been in trouble because the people that hate the female Housemates (which they do exist) would've only had one target to go for, where as the people that hate the male Housemates (which pretty much exists on DS and TIBB) would've had multiple targets to go for and would've splintered votes.

So yes I think that Saira would've gone narrowly over Bear.
