Apart from the extremely strict visa application which Ryan would probably struggle to even fill in let alone meet the requirements of.
And i was under the impression you had to be a US Citizen, not just a resident, to qualify for the show. I could be wrong though.

Oh, I'm not too familiar with their application process! You can apply for US citizenship, like people gain UK citizenship!

To apply for citizenship you have to have lived in that country for a certain amount of time. My Aunty only got her Australian Citizenship last year and she's lived there since 2008.
