Aubrey O'Day has been punished on Celebrity Big Brother for talking about nominations.

Big Brother gathered the housemates today in the living area to reveal that, despite past warnings and punishments, housemates were still discussing nominations.

Big Brother announced: "Aubrey, yesterday at 3:29PM in a conversation with Frankie, Ricky, Renee, Samantha, Heavy D and Katie, you said: 'Every week they need to be on that ******ing chopping block.

"'And every week the audience will decide. If it's all of them on the audience will have to take them down.

"'If the audience is younger and keeping them in, then we give them no option'"

Big Brother declared: "Aubrey this is a clear breach of the rules regarding discussion of nominations and you will be punished, Big Brother is sending you straight to jail."

And with that Aubrey had to spend the afternoon sitting in the garden... like any other day, pretty much.

It's not yet clear if Samantha Fox will also face a punishment after she too discussed nominations in scenes that aired during last night's live feed on 5Star.

The former Page 3 model was speaking to Renee in the bedroom when she discussed past nominations following Renee and Chloe's clash.

Celebrity Big Brother airs tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.

Queen Aubrey finally getting some 'Quality Time' to enable her to use that super intellect of hers to think in peace and quiet.

Exactly Jan. It's so blatantly unjust.

When you think about it Aubrey pretty much just took one for the team and the greater good of the house - a few hours lock up is worth it.

Hope they all follow her plan. Chloe out tomorrow and another scum bag by Wednesday :fc:

but has he/they? i'm busy watching a lot of the olympics so i'm not seeing everything :)

if one good thing can come out of bb showing them performing in the garden and chloe's disgusting throwing cake around in the bedroom (reckon she cleaned it up? i doubt it, someone should put it in her bed) is that a lot of viewers (most the normal ones) will be revolted by them and this will reflect in votes when it comes to evictions. BB can sit back and claim they're playing it fair-handedly with a straight face.

what a contrast between the competitors in the olympics earning recognition for their hard work and skills - and the entitled half-wits only famous for gross behaviour

Aubrey's nominations should be cancelled permanently. Just goes to show how blatant the bully gang are.

I thought discussing noms was always punished...see no reason to exclude Aubrey from that rule

She shouldn't even be there. Her criminal assault on bear should have seen her ejected just like Dennis was.

Can't wait to see her face when Bear wins.
