Wow, what happened to Paulie? Talk about losing not just his sense of fun, but also his sense of morality - not really a good way to promote yourself (let alone win the game). And, how about that sense of irony? All that talk about stability and blowing-up and then pop goes Paulie like a cheap bottle of champagne. I was sorry to see him cry in the diary room, and took no pleasure from it at all.
