Have all the noms been normal?

So I've been watching a bit sporadically this series, and only seen one round of noms. Have all rounds been normal, like the recent civvi more or less was?

The nomination rules have been all over the place, when Bear was 3rd on the nom table, it was he top 2 - when it was just members of thhe ratpack in the top two, Renee with 3 noms was added.

No. There is no reason for Renee to be up this week based on previous noms.

But no one is paying any attention and no rules have been defined.

Why they even bother with noms when they just put up whoever they want is beyond me.

They've been doing full nominations regularly (apart from that one time Jake mentioned) which has been good but there's still been an inconsistency regarding how many nominations it takes to be up.
