If there's one thing people in this country don't like it's being told by people what to do. And there's the sense that Emma is almost telling people to vote for the "Nice person side". I can see it backfiring.

She is not doing more than just a fair job here at present,I really feel her heart is not in this anymore.

She does seem as though she didnt want to be there, which could have been because she was tasked with interviewing an imbecile, but who knows

we would never know if there was something going on in her private life that was making her almost zone out at times, and I guess even if she had a problem, she would have to carry on

I'm playing devils advocate here, you may be right, and she's just had enough

It doesnt hurt for them to be reminded, as soon as they get out of the house, that we all think they are massive tools

I think the proffessionalism that she was so good at has gone out the window due to being bored of the job.It happens to us all in a job we don't like anymore.Only she's doing it on national TV.

after having had her 3rd child in may, perhaps she's just fed up to the back teeth of adults getting paid to behave like obnoxious naughty kids?

Not my view, but this is sometimes how people feel.

Tired mother with young baby...mother of young children...why would you want to be seen defending morons with no morals. This series has focuses on people who show no respect...wind people up to amuse themselves...unable to have a conversation... Why would any decent person want to be seen to support dickheads who think this behaviour is 'funny' and other impressionable young people think it's obviously acceptable.:nono:

"Backfiring"... hmmmm I suspect working as intended to be honest. You're entirely right that people don't like being told what to do, and they (the producers) know this. Reverse psychology, innit. Bear is the winner they want.

I personally don't think this is a bad thing because he's the only one who has done anywhere near enough to win

In fairness to Emma, having to interview Heavy D would depress the hell out of anyone. Waiting for him to 'Boom!' Wishing he wouldn't, but knowing he has to, because what else is there? Being a presenter on Big Brother is supposed to be a fun, easy job, I'd have thought. You're not supposed to have to deal with society's dregs.

It's what you end up having to do if the producers keep casting the scuffers! :(

She needs to take a step back and realise that the interviews are not about her views. She is supposed to be impartial. She defo looks tiered.

She doesn't have to be impartial imo. This isn't Newsnight. But she should let people who have been in the house for weeks unable to answer any criticism have their say when the criticism is presented to them.
