Big personality, whether good or bad. Dramatic ie John James, Makosi, Freddie, Victor, Alex Sibley etc

I don't think it has to be a huge character even, and it definitely doesn't have to be someone likeable... Just someone who you can't look at other series and see anyone else too similar. Or if there have been other similar characters - only the original would be the legend. E.g. There have been plenty since the switch to C5 who have tried to emulate Aaron but Aaron is the BB legend. Not a likeable guy though.

There have been many Nikki pretenders since but Nikki is the legend.

Rex is a legend as the first proper BB wind-up merchant.

Marcus from BB10 is for me another example for one who was really not likeabld. The Noirin situation was legendary. Snivelling weird guy with a mullet and hilarious karate "skills" who looked like he was having World of Warcraft withdrawal syndrome the whole time. Legend.
