She's okay, I have liked what I've seen of her mostly, but I do (as Lewis pointed out) think she's a bit of a sheep and needs to voice her opinion a little more to get me on board with actually liking her as a housemate.

Perhaps because she's more highly paid than, for example, Heavy D and has an infamous grandma, she rations her opinions and only voices them when she thinks she can grab some easy camera time. :shrug:

Before I tuned in to this series, I googled Katie Waissel because I knew nothing about her except that she had a granny who was a prostitute. I watched clips on youtube and remember her shouting 'But I wanna be a STAR!' on the x factor auditions.
I have not forgotten her suddenly losing her temper with Heavy and firing back at him that she got paid more than him. Money obviously plays a major part in this girl's dubious morality.
I have also noted that she is a 'follower'. When Renee was upset the other day and Frankie hugged her, Katie was about 5th to join the group hug, probably because she thought it made her look kind and compassionate. Oh and as for bringing Granny into the equasion ... not nice.
So in a nutshell, I don't like her.

I remember when john mccririck called caprice a cash register, thats what katie is, a cash register, in her mind, money should be worshipped by her own faith, on x-factor she pi''ed up her lines twice, and then threw a childs strop, okey they all do that on x-factor but she took it to a new level, she is not an evil person but I do feel that why does she need to be sly and attack people with nasty words and using her tears as a guilt trip
