I've not heard the albim, but my favourite is "the pieces don't fit anymore". So haunting, and sad.

:laugh:GRiT. Have you seen Riders On The Storm? Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger, with Ian Astbury singing? I've seen them twice - I mean, I know it's not Jim, but Ian does a fantastic job!

As for James Morrison - I liked his first song, but that was about it. I'll tell you something though - you never see him and Chris Martin in the same room at the same time.

I loved the cult! Saw them in concert at the Manchester Apollo!

Oh, moon of Alabama
We now must say goodbye
We've lost our good old mama
And must have whiskey, oh, you know why
:dazzler:

Ah wait... someone's already done a The Doors joke.

Yeah, James Morrison is canny good.

No, not yet. I'd like to see Riders on the storm though.

I think James Morrison is a nice little song writer and not much more. I see what you're saying about him and Chris Martin.

Has James Morrison written three of the best albums of this decade (Parachutes was released in 1999, but close). No. Let's see how he tackles the tricky 2nd album and then the even trickier third album.

I'm not doubting the fact that coldplays albums have been good, But I personally dont like their music, and find it boring and the same...Let people have their opinions please..If you like Coldplay that much, start your own thread on them

Yes. It's good that he's was discovered in the old fashioned way and didn't have to go on a reality TV show to get fame.

Let's see what he does next.
