Not sure but Ariana's fanbase is large (especially on Twitter) so they will all be rallying behind Frankie, probably a lot of them are Americans who can't vote too so it won't mean much ultimately. And Marnie's fanbase comes from that kind of age group who are Twitter users so once again it probably won't have much effect.

I think the difference is that Marnie isn't an instigator, but just reacts to what's going on.
