How is that Bear was given a talking to about trashing Aubrey's bed but Big Brother said nothing to Aubrey about starting it and trashing Bear's bed? :nono: This actually made me want Bear to win. Disgraceful double standard by BB.

She did.

Does she throw food about once every episode though?

I didn't click onto this until my partner (who rarely watches) pointed it out to me. I have noticed a few of his warnings are pretty bizarre though compared to other BBs. Goading, and wasting/throwing food being the main ones. Stuff that has never before resulted in a housemate warning.

The pie was meant for Bear..he put it in Aubreys face which he wasn't supposed to do...so since she couldn't pie him she pied his bed..he deserved it.
The can of tomatoes was for consumption and yet again he used their food to damage and soil the house and its contents. He has had a couple of warnings on it and once again he broke the rules..end of.

Yeah what happened to that?

Maybe because Bear instigated the situation and has done it countless times

No, she sometimes spits in food or gets violent instead.

Yes but he didnt throw it on or at anyone did he (sans pie in face tonight)

Why it bothered anyone previously was beyond me tbh and its never been punished before in BB

Tbf he throws food around constantly. They were going to start warning him at some point. Maybe it's more a health and safety / hygiene issue?

It was a custard pie for a task...it wasn't meant for the house to consume after Sunday lunch or part of their shopping budget...big difference.

No she spits in food and drink and let's someone masticate it.

Yep me and my wife have noted this from day 1 its bloody weird, interesting to see if goading is now a punishable offence in all series from here out...

Its bloody pathetic tbh

Only food one I agreed with was the olive oil as that was dangerous. One of my fave series ever was filled with endless foodfights and waste, this would be bb5 :D

I've not watched this series since the Olympics started but wait what...he was seriously warned for 'wasting food'? :umm2: since when is that against the rules?

He was also warned for "goading" people. I also think he got one for "antagonising."

Why bother with the program at all if goading is against the rules. They may as well all be "happy house" Katreya clones.

He has been warned for

wasting food
goading
invading personal space

like seriously its a joke, in all fairness hes been a royal wind up even the diary room voice person has sounded pissed off with him on a number of occasions i think they just made stuff up to chastise him cause technically he hasnt done anything really warning worthy by other series standards.

:nono: Don't start with that tripe. Because I have a different view doesn't mean I'm anyone's fan, if I need labelling I'll label myself thanks. I have stated many times I'm not a fan of anyone this series but I'm starting to think Bear is the only one who deserves a win at this point, he may be an obnoxious oik but others are getting off lightly for despicable behaviour.

So which do you think is worse? Throwing custard pies or being violent and spitting in food?

Can you point out the violence first.

Spitting is minging.

Actually, what's your point?

The thread is about Bear being told off for throwing food and not Aubrey. You keep bringing up irrelevant crap that has nothing to do with the thread.

You saw her violently going for Bear tonight. BB called her into the diary room.

My point, as you well know, is that Bear has done nothing as bad as the hags he is surrounded by, yet he is targetted by BB constantly.

I see. No possible discussion here then.

Nothing anyone has done this series is a bad as spitting and all the time it is condoned anything Bear does is not as bad. It sets a precedent.

She was getting aggressive that's why Bear pit his hands in the air to show he wasn't going to touch her if she went for him.

BB double standards once more

Ok for Aubrey to trash his bed with pies and waste food

Ok for BB to trash everyone's head with pies and waste food

Not Ok for Bear to do it though

Hmmm....

Neither should have been warned for food however BB need to keep it consistent. Not one rule for one and another rule for somebody else. That's just unprofessional and people will notice.

The difference here is that Bear has been throwing food about on an almost daily basis, whereas Aubrey acted out of sheer frustration, on this occasion, as she did with the spitting incident.

I agree, Dyfed. They're a complete joke.

If someone's given a Final Warning, it should mean that ANY further rule-breaking results in their ejection from the House - regardless of whether they've broken the same rule again or a different one.

In which case, Bear would have been long gone.

They were both called into the DR, they could easily both have been warned.

And she's been given a final warning for gobbing in people's food....for that reason alone she is the last person to be attacking Bear with food again and should of at least been reminded about that by BB.

These final warnings are a joke ...

For me the joke is the idea of warnings in general....it's all a bit too PC for me and I prefer the early shows when the viewers weren't so anally retentive about every little misdemeanour ...physical abuse to others housemates or racist and homophobic insults should be the only time that BB need to reprimand the housemates IMO....most the things Bear has been told off about are things BB do themselves in one form or another...sliding through fish guts and other food in the tasks, pushing pies into people's faces, dropping gunge onto housemates, provoking them all by screening nominations, isolating some housmates, telling housemates when others have gossiped about them...the list goes on...the only time Bear has behaved any differently to BB was when he threw a bottle across the garden and even then it wasn't with any intention to harm anyone.

MrWong

Well it's not irrelevant actually cause her final warning was for violating a housemate with food and last night it was food again that she used as her revenge of choice....I would say thats pretty relevant and should at least have been discussed with her by BB...and maybe it was, we don't see everything, my problem is with people who actually don't think it should have been and that only Bear deserved to be told off.
