What I don't get is how some people can hate Bear so much that they call him scum but think it was ok for Aubrey to spit in his food and drink and that he deserves it. What is it that tells people that her spitting in his food and drink is ever ok? :shrug:

He hasn't done anything but be annoying to people. He hasn't been aggressive and he hasn't done anything vile like that. If there is any justice, Aubrey who has sailed through without noms will be first out tonight and Bear who has given us a show and a real social experiment will win.

If Bear wins then it's just encouraging BB to make a one man Big Brother all of the time and that's not on imo.

A vote against Bear to win is a vote for BB to be restored to a more BB17, BB13, CBB13 styled editing.

I think the people in there overall have been abysmal. There isn't anyone else for a win IMO. I say this as someone who isn't really a Bear fan. I don't think he's been the bees knees, I don't find him remotely attractive. But I think he has played an amazing game. And I do enjoy BB when we see it as a glimpse of the social experiment it's meant to be.

You have to take each series as it comes and there is no point in harking for it be like this or that other CBB. It isn't that show. A vote against Bear isn't a vote for any styled editing, that's just a fantasy. I think a vote against Bear is a vote for someone who doesn't deserve a win.

If the plot is not organic, you can smell it straight away, and it doesn't smell good.

In my eyes voting for Bear, Renee, Marnie, or Aubrey (even though I like her) to win is gonna make BB think that it's okay to cast more Housemates that argue constantly, make a negative impact in the house, crying constantly, making constant physical threats on other Housemates, and trashy acts such as spitting in someones food or drink.

You say hes been funny, not aggressive, not annoying. I can assure you that many people disagree entirely. Also a lot of people believe he has completely ruined the series and i think a lot of hate comes from that, this is most of our favourite programme and to have it ruined by one chimp is infuriating.

Renee has been equally culpable in ruining the series, she's given him airtime, arguing with him, giving him the cold shoulder, making up with him, throwing herself at him, showing jealousy over Chloe, you can't lay it all at his feet, James played him perfectly apart from Coffeegate, as did Ricky, Renee used him for airtime no question

You are totally right about Renee but why is there such a bias about females? I'm a woman and if the women in the house are a bunch of losers well I can deal with that. I don't have to like someone because they are a woman.

I think people on the Forums get defensive over the females on Reality Shows because they're at a disadvatage from the offset.

Like in this series even if Aubrey hadn't have done the spitting incident she still wouldn't have had a chance at winning even though she's been less offsensive than Bear and Renee in most other areas imo, and imo I feel is more interesting than both of them too.

I haven't had one favourite since the beginning of this series. I just want Ricky to win to see all of their faces. If being normal is sitting on the fence then I worry this show will get more mentally ill people like bear on this show. There have been crazy people on big brother who I've loved but I don't like any of the finalists apart from Ricky and Aubrey. I know Ricky doesn't putter glitter all over himself and acts overdramatic about everything making me want to turn off the tv like Frankie. He doesn't scream and cry 24/7 and always talks about where he comes from like Renee who goes about her mafia. Bear fans are annoying to a Bear fan like me....he is top of the polls on here and has clearly got a huge following in general yet there are only a handful of us who own it on here and support him...every thread gets sabotaged by Bear haters yet hardly any of the many Bear fans back him on this forum.

Well here is the thing. I think Bear deserves the win but I can't say I like him enough to spend money voting for him and I do vote when I like someone so I wouldn't call myself a fan no. There are times I've thought him annoying. Times I've found him funny but I feel no passion for any of them in there as a supporter.

In fairness, Bear would happily perform various unchristian acts on Aubrey, so a bit of her saliva in his food was probably neither here nor there.
