The former Geordie Shore star, whose ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear won Celebrity Big Brother, hinted that she was thinking about a former boyfriend with an emotional quote.
The Loose Women star had everyone guessing with the quote, which she shared with her 3.3million Instagram followers.
"If two lovers can remain friends, it's either they are still in love or never were," the post read.
She captioned it with a thinking-bubble and a broken heart emoji, leaving fans to question who it could be about.

Vicky "I have 5 A-levels" Pattison cryptically tweeted that she may be broken hearted over an ex.
Folks seem to be ruling out the identity of the ex being Bear as she seems to really loathe him, but her timing is spot on after his CBB victory and isn't her overt hatred towards this ex masking love the point of her tweet?!

For some reason I suspect she is still in loves with him. She was really really into him on Ex on the Beach.

Can't see it being Cbb17 Alex as they never were a couple from what we see. Just BFF pals.

She'd never get evicted she's extremely popular hence the amount of opportunities she's received since Geordie Shore eg fitness dvd, clothes line, make up, Judge Geordie, Ex OTB, I'M A CELEB - winner, It's You not Me (crap panel quiz show), Loose Women, a self help book....

I think Vicki's popularity boils down to the following :

- she attainable beauty wise, attractive but not threatening
- she's relatable like most girls eg puts on weight, crappie boyfriends, she gets drunk etc
- she showed remorse about having sex on TV in GS which endeared her to more conservative I'm a Celeb viewers
- for a reality star she's highly articulate and has a surprisingly wide vocabulary, she correctly used words like affinity, idiosyncratic and ebullient on Celeb which stunned many. Joey Essex she is not. Well she has got 5 A levels. Can't believe Scott T has A level grade A* in Maths and Physics. With Gaz proving entrepreneurial success the Geordie Shore mob are not as stupidcas they appear
- she can be witty and funny

I like Vicky - she's a good all rounder and fearless. Also, she can speak and has a good vocabularly. I loved her in the Jungle. She's a good girl.

I would say the man she was tweeting about was Spencer Matthews.
