It's beautifully sunny here also, not that unbearable heat either, it is just lovely outside today with almost clear blue skies, a very bearable day :)

Not here. This is hurricane season and we're on the look out. Will wave my flood insurance at anything that moves this direction... Almost had my home flood less than 2 weeks before it went into effect during the Tax Day floods... didn't you know when you're fully covered you won't get hit by bad weather?
