"Inactive" TiBB members

Why are some certain members here supposed to be inactive even when they are actually online?

I've been wondering for so long...

An example is T*.

I never log out usually, I also rarely switch of my computer however I am not often in the house.
However that would mean to all looking, I am online, even though I am not physically present at the computer.

You wouldn't appear to be online after 15 minutes, unless you had the Who's Online page open all the time.
