I was surprised it was so close, and I loved it that Da's vote was the decider.

Jenny Chen, the worst TV host in any country and any era of TV, completely fluffed the opportunity for amazing suspense after 99 days and a final deciding vote by revealing it immediately. What a noob.
REPLACE THAT emotionless dummy! I suggest 'Big Meech' for the job, in fact I'd like to see Meech reading the news with frequent cry-baby breaks.

Julie, Jenny, whatever Chen, not a memorable person - she is, however, married to the president of CBS which must help quite a bit.

The fact they didn't address / ask any questions to the pre-jury or jury at all in the finale is worse. It all seemed so rushed. They need to manage their time better... make the comps shorter or something.

Yeah :(

I feel happy for Nicole but really bad for Paul losing like that 5-4 especially after that badass closing statement he made.

Pretty surprised James voted Paul. the one good thing he did this season.

I agree with that...didn't see that one coming. I thought him and Nicole were firmly in each other's pocket from the day they stepped in the door

If anyone really needed any more proof of how much of a script following, corporate cock-sucking bitch Da'Vonne is............... well there you have it! :yuk:

She acts like she's such a moral, proud person but she'll obviously do anything for a bit of wedge.

Grodner strikes again!

I was impressed by the way that, despite anything that went on previously, James and Big Meech voted for the person that actually earned their votes.

.........and Paulie.......what a sour-puss!

what exactly did Paul do to earn James and Michelle's votes?

Pete.
25-09-2016, 01:12 PM
James voted for Paul because he convinced himself that Nicole snitched about his F2 deal to Paul. Obviously he didn't have much to go on in such a short time.

Michelle voted Paul because she hates Nicole

So much for "I can't see Michelle voting for someone who called her a ****" :fan:

yeah my whole point is that for the people upset that Paul lost bc the jury was bitter (including Paul himself), that's just inaccurate. A bitter juror doesn't vote for you bc you played a hand in getting them out, not because they're mad at comments you've made towards them. Paul's downfall was that he never hesitated to kick people when they were down, and in fact thrived on it. Some people excuse Paul's behavior bc he labels himself an asshole, but ultimately he's still an asshole. I think Natalie summed it up perfectly in her RHAP backyard interview, why would she want to give $500,000 to someone who was a jerk to her?

Agree. In fact Paul is one of the worst social players because it cost him the game & lost him the girls vote (reminds me of Ivette losing Howie's vote because she was an ass to Rachel). Also taking Nicole to the F2 was stupid and stemmed from his arrogant claim he could have beaten Nicole or James. He probably would have been James but not Nicole lol

Paul's gender lost him the game since Natalie wanted a girl to win except for James

Natalie wanted a girl to win, but she didn't blindly vote for Nicole based on gender. Her perspective changed throughout the game, and like you said she would've had no issues voting for James to win. I don't doubt she would've voted for Victor to win too, especially against Nicole who is probably one of the last girls she wanted to win.

Gender didn't lose Paul $500,000, the thrill he got out of kicking people when they were on their way out and treating them like **** did. He entirely blew it with Natalie, as she tried to make amends with him and he just brushed her off and continued to talk mad **** about her just because she was powerless and on her way out the door (just as he did with James, and Bridgette and Frank, and Paulie, an many others.) They did have a strong relationship at one point, and the fact that Natalie ended up voting for Nicole to win just makes his mistakes that much more obvious. He had a good social game within the house, but he never passed up the opportunity to completely isolate the week's target and talk **** about them to his new allies 24/7. People not voting for him to win isn't a result of bitterness, it's a result of him severing his relationships with jurors. Again, to quote Natalie in her RHAP backyard interview, "Why am I gonna give someone half a million dollars that didn't treat me very well?"

Exactly. Michelle still voted for Paul and Paul called her a **** and Nicole was the least offensive towards Michelle.

Natalie was just a desperate brat and voted for a female because they are female.

Macie Lightfoot

Or because Paul made fun of her fake breasts both behind her back and to her face, and continued to talk an absurd amount of **** about her behind her back even after she tried to apologize and make peace with him in her final week. Paul gave her no reason to vote for him to win. He didn't do **** to earn her vote.

To be fair, if Natalie did vote for Nicole because she wanted a girl to win (I'm not saying she did or she didn't), as pathetic as I would find that, it is ultimately her vote and she can use it however she wants. In such a scenario, Paul should've been perceptive enough to acknowledge that and not stack another card against him by taking her to the final two. I can't stand Nicole and I think she owes a lot of her success to production, but ultimately Paul made a dumb move and it cost him.

That said, if it's fair to say Paul burnt several jury votes - which he did, then it's also fair to say Nicole did too (i.e. Michelle's). Both Nicole and Paul earned the votes they were given, even if some of them were a byproduct of simply not being the other person. That is still a skill after all, being the lesser of two evils and being astute enough to take the person you think would acquire less votes than you. Unfortunately for Paul, again, he didn't do that, and therefore he lost.

If Paul wasn't an ass to people he would've got their votes, simple as. Not everyone on the jury has the same mindset.

Paul stayed true to himself till the end so he's already a winner.
