View Full Version : A statement regarding the vicious abuse Honey G is receiving
Will.

Dear haters of Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford):
it has come to my acknowledgement the vicious hate which X Factor finalist Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford) is receiving from the public.
I am releasing a statement as of Sunday 2nd October regarding the issues which are on horizon as I write, causing great concern amongst Honey G's (Anna Georgette Gilford's) fans.
One wrote: "I'm boycotting the show now Honey G has made the live shows", another said: "Honey G making the live shows is a disgrace."
The rife abuse which the singer is receiving is quite frankly unacceptable and by no means will be tolerated by those who have taken a liken to Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford) has.
The issue has really caught by attention this evening, which is why in such challenging and uncertain times a statement addressing the fundamental issues must be released to the Great British public and those outside of the UK.
Honey G fans would like to express love and peace and enjoy the outstanding vocals and eccentric personality that North West London's Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford).
The horrible comments are very upsetting to view in a world full of sadness, I urge those who dislike Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford) to perhaps take a moment to reflect and realise the potential which Honey G (Anna Georgette Gilford) has to offer.
Yours sincerely,
Will.

So she has made the live shows. And just when i thought Louis was being a fool.
Not anymore, so congrats Sharon, as of now you´re the dumb one.

She's ****ing awful, she's not even entertaining as a joke act, it's just painful to watch.

Thank God for Calderyon and Liam - this woman is a deluded clown.
She may be a character. She may well be a lovely natured person. She may well do 'free' charity gigs for 'The Grimsby Society For Ugly Neglected Fishwives', but the X-Factor is supposedly a SINGING contest NOT a "AHHH, BLESS HER. SHE'S WEIRD AND WHACKY AND I FEEL SORRY FOR HER' fecking competition.
Honey G is a JOKE, Sharon Osbourne is a bigger JOKE, and the show itself has become the biggest JOKE of all.
This 'auditioning' process for this show is no different from a Personnel Manager interviewing applicants for a certain job vacancy. The BEST and most suitably QUALIFIED applicant SHOULD get the fecking job.
'LIKEABILITY' should NOT be THE qualifying factor.
Excellent singers have been sent home by Osbourne - and the insipid Louis Walsh - whilst mundane singers with much less talent have been put through.
I feel sorry for those with genuine singing talent who have been sent home, while 'Honey G' makes a mockery of any claim this show ever had to be a discoverer of unknowns who have the 'X Factor', and this show has surely run its course. If this is indicative of future trends.
Oh, and just to put the record straight - I do not 'hate' 'Honey G', I just hate the fact that she has zilch talent, zilch singing and Rapping ability, and has been put through at the expense of other contestants who do have those qualities.

The X Factor is NOT and has never been a "Singing contest". Its kind of the whole point
millions of people can sing, tons can sing beautifully but thats not what the show is about. Look at any any town choir.
Its about the X Factor - that certain something, be it charm, a twinkle in the eye a certain something that sets a person out from the masses.
Witness the people the judges brought to help them - not one of them is a great singer (all can sing) but they have a certain something elsle that sets them apart
I am not saying Honey G has this but just its NOT a singing contest and never has been (its actually a TV show first and foremost)

Yeah this, every performance she does is exactly the same :umm2:
Lol @ Nicole wondering whether Christian has versatility when he's sang original songs, acoustic and rapped yet Sharon takes through Honey G who is the definition of a one-trick pony.

Meh its not her fault. Sharon/Simon are making a ****ing mockery of the show. There has always been some kind of joke/different act, however the main issue for me this year..we had the perfect 'different' act with Sada Vidoo...and she actually could sing too? Yet she is sent home, we get both Honey G and Ottavio and bradley. I find it so ****ing annoying but i guess things will never change, whatever brings the most publicity right

The doll did not split opinion like Honey G does. The 2 creeps I have no idea why as noone likes them, they have no charm and they are creepy
At least Honey is likeable
Vicky.

I don't find her likeable at all. I cannot work out if she is actually arrogant and deluded, or taking the piss
Ottavio and Bradley, I don't understand AT ALL as I have seen noone (except a few on here) who actually like them.

I'm glad that Sharon chose to put some REAL talent through to the Lives. Honestly, between Honey and Bratavio this might be the most talented Top 12 in XF history.

 All I can say; is that judging by some of the posts in this thread, Honey G is NOT the only one who is delusional  Either that, or there is an awful lot of trolling going on - in my opinion of course.

The 'X-Factor' is not a quality which DEPUTISES for singing - it is a quality EXTRA to the quality of being a very good singer.
If it is not a 'singing contest', then bring on the Magicians, Jugglers and Comedians, and rename it; "Britain's Got The X Factor'.
I did not list Clowns above, because the show already has them in abundance - namely, the Judges, and the dross who they keep putting through at the expense of REAL singers.

With Bratavio, although I'm not a fan I'd say they're easily more likeable than Honey G and also less predictable...like I know exactly what she's gonna do for the week or two she lasts but with the guys I find them quite intriguing. Plus their personalities are entertaining too. The fact they fell out over chicken is still hilarious to me. :joker:

We are all entitled to our opinions and I personally cannot stand her. I think she's too up herself and she seems to think she's going to be the next big rap artist. She can't rap, she can't dance and she doesn't even look remotely like a star. I think the show is becoming a joke letting two joke acts into the live shows. I defend people when they say they've lost interest in the show because I most certainly have. It was all good up until the six chair challenge. They're desperately trying to win back viewers and for me, they've completely ********* it up now. I hope by people boycotting the show and not phoning in to vote, it will get a reality check into the X Factor Producer's heads that this just isn't working. I wouldn't be surprised if there is even less viewers for the live shows. How Honey G made it through over people like Samantha and Peyton is completely messed up. Will, you can have your opinion that you think it's wrong what people are saying about and to Honey G but us haters we're entitled to say that she's a complete joke and shouldn't even be in the live shows. I've had my say and I feel better because of it. I would have so much satisfaction if the first sing off would be between Honey G and Ottavio & Bradley. That would make my Sunday evening.... :D

She reminds me of a young Jay Zee when he started out and all the haters closed in on him, but no, he kept on going and when "Check yo self" and "It was a good day" dropped people shut up and took note

She's a joke, but XF is also a joke. It stopped being a serious singing competition long time ago. You can rarely see someone making a career. It's been a circus since the early days of American Idol and it's not a secret any more. Being annoyed by it is just too late.

I don't actually mind her being in the live shows because I think X factor needs a novelty act, and I think most people hate brataovio more than honey G anyway, I feel bad that good singers like Caitlyn and Janet aren't in the live shows though, because I think they both had star quality too so they could still have done well, people might say Tom and Laura and Samantha were good singers but neither act had any star quality

Cheers Kirk, thanks man. I'm happier now that I've said what I feel I need to say....
I simply cannot stand her. I don't even know how she's even in the top 12. I wouldn't have even passed her through the first audition. I would much rather have had Sam, Janet or Peyton in the live shows instead of her.
I hope they bring back a wildcard in each category. Otherwise, this has to be the worst final 12 in the show's history.... :fist: :fist: :conf: :conf: :nono: :nono:
