nope for me used to but a month ago I stopped because I realised it isn't that good for you at all and it's generally disgusting when you think about it.

Red/skimmed milk is the only milk I'll drink, but on its own it's not nice at all, I'll only have it in a milkshake.

Yes, of course. And blue milk/light milk (1% fat), is the way to go.

Semi skimmed/full fat are the only acceptable options. I tried skimmed once and almost spat it out, it's ****ing vile

I do drink milk in tea and coffee, but just a tiny splash. And semi-skimmed.

Full fat milk is good, but I've learned to drink 1-2% because my husband is becoming lactose intolerant as time goes on so it gives him GI issue(s)... skim is too water-y to me, though I thought the same about 1-2% until I adjusted to it...
Borden chocolate milk is pretty good too... never had almond milk but I've thought about trying it
