They don't have Bolognese at all Will. It's just "Ragu" and they eat it with all kinds of pasta. I think anyway.

I always have bolognese with random types of pasta, had it with bows the other day. :)

Oh and Carbonara shouldn't have cream in it.

Although Marco Pierre White adds cream so I don't know.

Yeah you probably wouldn't be able to get 'spaghetti bolognese' anywhere in Italy, they'd use tagliatelle for it. Also read the other day that most Italian chefs would be horrified at anyone putting herbs in with the bolognese
