Death for robbing a bag isn't karmic justice
That's sad. Even if someone snatched my purse, furious as I might be, I wouldn't want them dead.
Sorry OP but Karma doesn't even enter into this.

He could have robbed the bag of an old lady, and in the shock she banged her head on the ground a died. He was willing to possibly put someone in that position so why should I not feel some schadenfreude for the tables being turned on him.

The punishment does not fit the crime....and yes.... those who used excessive force for the citizens arrest should be investigated and possibly charged. That is what our laws and law enforcement are for.

Not sure what excessive force is when trying to restrain a robber who is desperate to escape and may have a knife?
and the bag could be that of your mum with her pension in

A bag with a pension check is not worth the value of a life

so saying every robber has a knife you must think every muslim man has a bomb? talk about stereotyping

I'd have kicked the **** out of him.Not to the point of death though.Just hospital

not a sensible comparison.
Muslims carry on their day to day activities as anyone else. Once someone attempts to steal something from you they are taking offensive action against you

There was another bag snatcher story recently where the thief stole two handbags but dumped them because there was nothing in them. The bags were designer bags worth thousands of pounds. What a numpty. :joker:

No there are different levels of theft.
To steal someones bag almost certainly requires contact. physical assault. you are putting that person at risk. like the people who accosted this man were putting him at risk. unlucky for this man he must have banged his head or something and one less scally waste of space tosser wast in this world is a good thing in my book.

 A snatcher once grabbed my bag and run off. I didn't bother pursuing him because I was sick of her anyway. :hee:
