...I think it was probably him putting his hands to his face../eyes to try to see what the shuffling was about that it was felt he was in threat..or had possibly been hurt but no weapons or anything were found I don't think.../it's obviously something that had to be acted on with security though as a threat was possible...

Someone in the crowd yelled Gun, Secret Security rushed in, and in the chaos a guy who was holding up a republicans against Trump sign was shoved and kicked to the ground by people in the chaos.
