True. If she'd said and done nothing, there would have been nothing to show in TV. Plenty of "poor me", and not one sorry.

I hope that Jo O'Meara feels a lot better now. Since the investigation has shown that all three of the girls, did not say racist comments, just abusive comments.

You haven't got a clue have you? Let me first ask you what do you deem to be a racist comment.

I've GOT to hear this.

None of the three girls ever said definate Racial comments.

There were words and sentances which many people could assume contained, "Racial-overtones", but that is not the conclusion from the Crown Prosecution Service.

They have considered all the available evidence and have said that, all words and sentances from the three girls were (clearly offensive, but not criminal)

Jade Goody, Jo O'Meara & Danielle Lloyd can all sleep better, knowing that all the possibilities of further legal trouble are all over.

It is great for Endemol and great for Big Brother.

They can get on with the fourthcoming show, Big Brother 8

Jo O'Meara can go on the GMTV programme and feel much better and I am sure that the presenters will be very symathetic to "Jo" and her situation.

None of these girls deserved this.

The "Crown Prosecution Service", are very clear on these matters and if they say there was no racism, I am inclined to believe that.

I am not into giving examples of racism, sorry...

I think you wont answer because you don't understand or you think what was said was no big deal. Either way I question your credentials to observe racism or 'racial comments' as you call them, thus I'd advise you to steer clear of that subject or I will ask you specifically back up any claim that you make.

it feels so silly to still be arguing over this point, but the comments that were made WERE racist whether u pecieve it that way or not. when derogitary comments are directed to the group the individual belongs to, rather than the individual, it becomes racist.

GiRTh
11-03-2007, 06:23 PM
^^Here here^^

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

The fact that the comments were taken in a racial context is enough for someone to call them racist comments. Anybody who doesn't see this must explain why they don't see it.

If you watched the Big Brother show and looked at every comment which was made from all three girls, you personally would say that there was "racism" present.

The Crown Prosecution Service are more aware than you or I on Racism and their judgement is the "Legal Judgement".

It is a very touchy subject, (Racism) I am not going to debate on this forum the definitions of racism and what is and isn't racist.

______________________________________________

Jo O'Meara got angry in the Big Brother house. She may have had things on her mind already?

She said that she was afraid of losing her home and needed the money.

Imagine having loads of cameras watching over you 24 hours a day for nearly three weeks and being placed in a house with a load of celebrities and trying to get on with everyone.

Jo & Shilpa clearly didn't get on and that is all there is.

Many people do believe that and that is why their belief of that issue, caused all three girls to go through all this unnecessary grief.

The investigation that Jade and her mother refused to cooperate in. Endemol refused to hand over unseen footage to the police. It might have been a different story if they had handed over the footage. It's enough to make you think that there was something they didn't want people to see...

Yes! The interview was quite short, but it did show a much better looking Jo O'Meara. Not so sad and frightened like last time.

She said that she would like to sing again, as she does feel passionate about singing and it is what she does best.

She said that she has'nt seen Jade Goody or Danielle Lloyd or even Shilpa Shetty since this incident.

She said that she wished Shilpa well and seemed to not bear her any grudges.

Also, her friend, "Cindy" has helped her and also her family have got her through this.

Jo admitted that she was close to suicide at times, but never went that far to the edge.

Presenter "Fiona Phillips" showed Jo an article in todays newspaper, regarding a book which Jo is apparently going to write, naming and shaming Jade Goody & more...

Well, (What A Load Of Rubbish) was Jo's response.

It is not going to happen and where the newspapers picked up on that? Who knows!

Even if Jo did do this, Jade and Danielle would have to fight back too.

Blaming other housemates is not the answer.

Here is the link to the article and the article is also below:-
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news_detail.html?sku=1372

BB JO BLOWS LID ON JADE
12/03/07
JO O’Meara is to pen an explosive book lifting the lid on the Celebrity Big Brother race row.

The singer, who has been suicidal after becoming a hate target, is being chased by publishers for the warts-and-all story.

And Jo, 27, could net a whopping £250,000 deal to help her clear her mounting debts and stop her home being repossessed.

A close pal said: “Jo wants to move on with her life and she feels the only way she can put this nightmare behind her is by telling all.

“So she’s got herself a literary agent and she plans a full and frank account of life inside the house and how badly she’s been treated since she came out.”

The former S Club star plans to tell all about her friendships with Danielle Lloyd, 23, and Jade Goody, 25, and why Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty got up their noses.

Jo will claim that housemates like Jade’s mum Jackiey Budden, 48, uttered comments about Shilpa, 31, that were far more offensive than anything she ever said – yet she bore the brunt of abuse from fans.

She will expose how Jade was “tipped off” about the BB race row in hush-hush diary room chats.

And she will reveal how footage of infamous Oxo Cube row was edited to make her nervous laughter look as if she was laughing at Shilpa.

She will also disclose the “Witches of Elstree’s” taunts and jibes against Shilpa were not racist rants but schoolgirl bully antics that they are now deeply ashamed of.

Jo’s book will also give details about the death threats which pushed her to the brink and reveal how she feels abandoned by BB’s producers and thinks they have “washed their hands” of her now that the show is over.

Jo’s pal said: “She thinks a book will be a good form of therapy to get it all out of her system.

“Channel 4 probably won’t like what she has to say. But they used her like a puppet on the show and now she feels it’s time to hit back.”

Jo signed for the Channel 4 show because she was in financial trouble after her solo pop career and her dog breeding business had not taken off in the way she had hoped.

As it is Monday morning, many are at work and people would have recorded it and only just watched it.

Fiona Phillips was very nice to her, but Jo was still rocking backwards and forwards a bit.

Probably. It will be a cover of.... err..... lets say Phil Collins, another day in paradise or something tear jerky. The vid will be in over exposed soft white tones and she will be cuddling a black baby.... or something.

LOL. She is probably stupid enough to go for it.

Mrluvaluva
13-03-2007, 03:32 PM
Or maybe something heart rendering like "Should have known better"? Apparently Jo's new song is "Sorry seems to be the hardest word" and Danielle is bringing out "D'ya think I'm sexy"? lol

Dr43%er
13-03-2007, 03:55 PM
Should have known better
LOL, showing your age now. If she covered that Jim Diamond would turn in his grave.... if he is dead that is.

She should stick to the bollywood thing. Do a Jacksonesque 15 min epic. A tale of good against evil represented by her against Endermol and the press. Coronation Street's Dev would play the love interest. (helping him get his career back on track) It would be a modern day Romeo and Juliet set in Delli. The main differance would be that she would attempt to kill herself with a couple of Nurofen. Her friend would find her and and she would recover without having to have her stomach pumped. Dev would do it properly and die. Jo would do the rounds crying. The end.

Mrluvaluva
13-03-2007, 07:41 PM
What about a classic for Jade - "Who's sorry now"?

nodisharmony
13-03-2007, 11:43 PM
Jo O'Meara or indeed Jade Goody wouldn't waste their time in doing cover versions to make money.

CD single sales today are a joke!

You don't actually need to sell so many today to get into the top ten. Anyone with an ounce of intelligence should be able to work that one out?

_____________________________________________

Jermaine Jackson has said that he has either wrote, or, will write a song for Jo O'Meara to sing, as he is very upset about the way Jo has fallen into depression.

Jermaine did come over as a very nice and caring Celebrity in the house?

Regarding the two word's "Cover Versions". I doubt that?

Jermaine would write Jo an original number.

Perhaps Jo would do a cover version or more, as part of her possible new album? But that would be Jo's decision.

Anyway, we are all aware, that it would never be a success.

Jade Goody did Stars In Their Eyes and did a great job.

Sadly, Jade is not interested in singing work.

Artists release singles, as these are what get played on the radio etc, and they pave way for, more lucrative, album sales. The posts had nothing to do with sales. We were joking.
