Killing things for fun on the show?

The poor scorpion tensed up and defended itself when Carol held it, its a live being like we are, just because it is not cute we are happy to kill it live on TV. I do not feel very comfortable with this part of the show and I wish they would stop it.

I eat meat, kill flies and wouldnt think twice of killing anything that wanted to hurt me. Scorpions are pests and I hate them. After 6 years living in Mexico and 5 bites, I reserve that right.

Well i totally agree with you , it is completely out of order , it what i hate most about the show , i only continued watching because they seem do less of that on the last few seasons . I would ban it completely had i the choice.:fist:

I do think the scorpion (and the spider last year) was a tad far, especially as it had had it's stinger pulled off so that she could eat it.

The whole show is about eating insects and animals so be fair Saturn :idc: . I think it was stupid how the scorpions was still alive though it bit carol yes because it was defending itself and they are viscous they removed it's sting otherwise that would of injured Carol seriously or even caused death .

But i think the scorpions should of already been dead and before you complain about that the whole show is about eating animal bits and dead creatures so why did the scorpion have to be alive in this case :facepalm: i think Carol would of nailed that part of the eating trial if the Scorpion was already dead or didn't bite her Just didn't make sense it still being alive .

Considering that most Brits have probably eaten 3 or 4 different animals since her time in the jungle, considering that the bug isnt at the top of its food chain anyway, considering the size of it - it probably had a fortnight left to live at most, and considering that humans eating animals and animals eating animals is incredibly well documented both historically and on this specific franchise.. I cant imagine many people share your concerns.
