Either of Dillon or Alana would have been better choices in my opinion out of the three. Maybe Alana because she is beginning to seriously annoy me. So all in all stupid decision by Lord Sugar.

Although Grainne or Courtney should have been in there and one of them should have gone, cause they were the crappiest sellers ever.

I can understand why Grainne wanted Samuel in the boardroom, to get rid of a strong competitor to her. And they had had previous altercations and disagreements.

But as Grainne was the sub team leader and chose people in the boardroom, shouldn´t she also have been there as well? She was after all second in command after Karthik and therefore after Karthik, the most responsible for the loss.

It seems that Lord Sugar placed all or most of the blame for the teams loss to Karthik and the second firing was just a casualty, because things happened so fast and there was still 10 minutes left and they insisted on wanting a surprise double to happen, i guess.

Weird.

(From an edit standpoint, it was clear to see that Samuel wasn´t going to last much longer as he was constantly ignored in the previews and recaps from the start of the show. Apart from the time when he was the PM.)

Very happy for Frances, she deserved a win as she has been a hard worker in pretty much every episode so far.

And pleased with Karthik and Samuel being fired, they were useless for weeks.

I was pleased for Frances but then the following week she's back in the losing team again :rolleyes: . Karthik & Samuel were both wanting to take over but had nothing to show for it and they made a mess of things , but Grainne keeps getting away with stuff when she's crap at sales and figures!! 2 weeks running she's messed things up along with rabbit in the headlights Cortney who reminds me of a teenager with a short attention span :bored:
