The BB one would have better people as they favour better housemates for civilian (Nikki, Aisleyne, Charley, Gina, Jayne) than they do for CBB (Bear, Hopkins, James) but it wouldn't really work for BB as I'd imagine the civilians would have NO idea who the 'gold stars' were and it wouldn't really have the desired effect.
