How often do you visit her Will?

Use to be 2-3 times a week! Now it's about once every 2 weeks. It's difficult to get to as it's quite isolated, I need a car. :laugh:

...she doesn't need to worry about her photo Will, she's gorgeous inside and out and that would show on any photo..Beryl...:lovedup:...she's such a beautiful lady Will, I really would love to hear some of her stories of her life, you must be so proud of her as I imagine she is of you...(..and it honestly isn't obvious that she's had a stroke, she seems to cope so well..)...just lovely..:love:..

Thank you so much Ammi :love:

I've got loads more clips! There's one clip where she talks about meeting Johnny Ray and she was live on Australian TV and they were like talking and she had no idea it was being aired. She was giving him a present because she founded like a fan club for him and they had gone to meet him. :joker:

I'll make a extended version, as half of what I got isn't in this edit.

Yeah, it's hard to notice, she seems to have made a full recovery very quickly.

Thanks Ammi. :love::hug: :lovedup:

She's lovely Will. That is a fantastic setting where she lives. Looks really homely in her room too. She's the same age as my dad. :)

Look after her. I lost my grandmother when I was 9. I wish I had gotten a chance to know her more.

What a fantastic monologue Will, it's a talking head that Alan Bennet would be proud to have directed. Thank you for sharing this snippet of your family and their history.
What a lovely woman, she not having come from a generation where either of the latter topics were very common has approached them both with humility, so much respect and admiration for her.
Her open heart and mind shine through in her voice, you are lucky to have had such a positive force in your life, treasure her. x

..an extended version with the outtakes would be lovely Will..(and with her permission plus if you ever have the time, I would love to hear her story of that meeting with Johnnie Ray, although I'm not that familiar with him I have to say but it's lovely to hear her talk about her life...)...I also forgot to say, your vid is excellent in itself, how you've produced it and I agree with Kizzy, it's very Alan Bennett../Talking Heads and something to be proud of, well done you also Will, really good job and tribute to your nan...:love:..

..yeah I never knew my grandmothers Lily, well one I vaguely recall but they both died when I was so young, which is why I always think grandmothers are such special and precious things...
