It's fun to get hauls of like joggers because they do alright ones there that are really soft and nice for just chilling in

Primark is my favourite place :flutter:
They have some really awesome Christmas jumpers this time of the year and general things like socks/bags/scarves/coats are always cool too.

It's okay for the occassional piece of clothing. Would never step out in a full primark outfit though.

Would you say that's because of how you perceive the brand or it just doesn't cater well to your style?

Because the quality mostly sucks. I'd rather pay more for something that looks nicer and will last longer.

Best shop in terms of variety and value, have never really had too many problems with the quality of it either.
Only really shop there, New Look, H&M and George @ ASDA lmao

I actually agree with this and I shop these places mostly too besides Primark (occasionally Topshop/Topman and River Island as well).

Think its better value for your money to brows charity shops if you're looking for a big deal. Also there really isn't much of a difference in price with primark when you're a guy.. but like a said before primark has the odd top or tracksuit thats nice but otherwise I can never really find anything decent.

It's nice for the summer. A lot of my T shirts or Shorts are from there. Never bought anything for winter though.

I like Primark. I've got a few expensive suits I wear for work and often wear Primark shirts or tops with them. I also like their joggers.
Also, I'm with Armand (him with the lovely eyes...) on the charity shop thing. There are so many bargains to be had, it's surprising what people donate. I once bought a genuine Louis Vuitton beaded evening bag for £2.99.

oh stop it :blush2:
But yeah I went to one shop where they had one of those kilo sales, you can get a kilo if stuff for like £11. I now have like 20 vintage shirts that would of probably cost me like £30 each had I got them from somewhere like asos.

There are no charity shops around here tbh. :worry:
I think the best way to not be disappointed by primark is making sure you try everything on and give them a good test in the changing room. Like when I tried on some skinny jeans I tested sitting down in them and bending over etc.. Just to be sure and I ended up putting one back because it didn't pass that quality assurance test and felt too flimsy.

You can pick up some good things in Primark, their PJs, socks, tights, they have these heavy leggings they sell for 6.99 which literally act like Spanx :hee: as long as you are not expecting items to last years they are fine!

I like Primarks vests and t-shirts, including their long sleeved t-shirts. They cost so little you can just dispose and replace if they get marked.
When I go to visit family I drive through Sunningdale (where a lot of the stars and footballers live) and visit the 'cancer research' shop. If you get there early there's a lot of worn once top labels. I once got some Jimmy Choo boots for £50. They would of cost me over £500 to buy them new. I also got some vintage Porshe fold up sunglasses for about £20.
I love bargain hunting and so I'm bound to like Primark.

I am missing Primark while I am in Australia. But started to love h&m a bit more now! I thought h&m used to be a bit bland back home but since going to the american and australian stores there are quite a few bits to buy! Unless I like their summer stuff more than the winter stuff?

I had never shopped in Primark, until last year when we were on holiday. The washing machine in our holiday cottage didn't work, so I had to rush out and buy half a dozen T-shirts each for me, my husband and son to last us until we got home. I ended up buying socks and undies as well and I have to admit that I didn't expect them to last very long, but they were cheap so that didn't matter. Anyway 6 months later and they are still going strong after being washed and worn loads of times, so I may well shop there again next time we come 'home'.
