Hi guys!

Does any of you have a problem drifting off to sleep?
Do any of you have a problem staying asleep?

I personally find it hard to drift off to sleep but once i am asleep i seem to be an alright sleeper.

Anyone have any remedies that they can share to help these improve for everyone?

Hope everyones well.

xx

It takes me hours to fall asleep and even longer if I have to get up early for something. I just get anxiety and can't sleep. Also for about three days in a row each month I don't sleep at all, it's awful. Once I fall asleep I usually wake up a lot to pee, it's so annoying, but I can usually get back to sleep. It happens five times per night sometimes. :oh:

Unless I haven't slept the night before then I never fall asleep easily :worry: I can't go to bed before like 2am either no matter what time I have to be up for. Once I'm asleep I usually tend to be alright though and not wake up much.

Unless you are drinking an awful lot before bed, getting up 5 times in the night is an awful lot. Might be a good idea to see the doctor?

Depends on the weather really. In the summer I can't.

Sometimes it takes me ages to get to sleep, other times I can fall asleep within like ten minutes. Depends really.

I don't wake up though that often during my sleep I only usually wake up if I've had a nightmare, I hear a loud noise or I need a wee.

never a problem. I dont like sleeping in the morning so am always eager to get up and get going

I hate being late at night, any time after midnight is horrible

Terrible sleep pattern.
Sleep very little through the night and have catnaps through the day.
