I was watching some old BB6 (Claire/Krystal Eviction) & BB7 (Michelle/Aleshia figh & Daniela eviction) last night and I really miss it :(

Completely agree with you lot.
I actually preferred it to our BB this year... I'm a bit dissapointed at the response BB07 got overall. It had lots of drama and funny moments.

I'm sorry Remy but the hunks and bimbos will be staying as BBAUS has a teen demographic meaning they need
eye-candy to keep them interested.
Compared to other series' (of BBAUS) I think BB07 had the most varied bunch eg. Jamie (the geek), Rebecca (the Mormon), Kate (the bitchy sour anti-bimbo) but I agree with you about original twists.
With a lot more creativity from the producers BB08 will be the best yet!

I hope it will be the best. Even if they had some *cough* diversity, it didn't make the show better. BB05 was awesome, they were all so different, less bimbos and more intelligent persons.

The BB05 cast was brilliant, they were all so funny, the BB07 cast was too serious.

BB07 cast were fun but BB concentrate don twist and romance that we never really got to know the housemates. Due to Turkey Slap in BB06 this series was heavily edited. John & Ashley ruined BB07.

All you have to do is make a video - about 90 seconds is the ideal length - that'll make Big Brother want to put you in the House.

The video should show what makes you different and why people would want to watch you 24/7!

And, it doesn't end there because next year you'll also be choosing Housemates!

That's right, you read it correctly, in 2008 the Australia public will vote for the Housemates it wants to watch. (Please read the terms and conditions carefully for entry requirements).

Then log on and get voting!

All videos submitted will go public in December allowing you to vote for who you want to be in the House. So, the earlier you get your entries in, the more chance there is for people to vote for you to be a Big Brother Housemate.

The top three are guaranteed a spot in the House and the top 50 will are guaranteed to go through to the second round of auditions.

What next?

Firstly, make sure you read the Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you understand the process and especially what you can and can't put in your video. All videos will be reviewed before going public and only those meeting the requirements will be uploaded onto http://www.bigbrother.com.au/

MELBOURNE'S Big Brother couple Hayley Luscott and Andrew Halas have split, blaming their troubles on their appearance in this year's reality show.

Halas instigated the break-up and has moved out of the couple's Southbank apartment.

He partly blamed the show for the demise of their relationship.

"We had our troubles before going into the house," Halas admitted yesterday.

"We both knew it wasn't working out and needed one person to make the final call.

"I guess Big Brother played a part in the end, and not being able to get back to anything good."

The firefighter denied he was dating anyone else, rubbishing a tipoff to Confidential that he was seeing someone in the entertainment industry.

"There's definitely no third party," Halas said.

"I'm not really connected to the showbiz world.

"I don't even see anyone from BB any more."

The TV twosome dated for a year before entering the BB house in April as a secret couple.

Halas hinted the pair would walk down the aisle once the show's hype blew over, but said the wedding claims were constructed by producers as a ratings grab.

Halas has returned to his family's home in Eltham, but will move into his new pad in South Melbourne in January.

There is nothing in term and conditions saying Ex-HM's cannot audition via the web.
