SHARON OSBOURNE is set to take part in next year’s X Factor but might have a hard time telling her US talkshow bosses.

The former music manager, 64, has previously deliberated over a return to the show but sources have confirmed it’s set to go ahead.

An insider said: “Sharon has really enjoyed the show this year and is desperate to go back.

“The panel worked well and she knows Simon would love to have the same line-up again.

“The wheels are in motion for her to return next year.”

She previously admitted she was in a “difficult position” over whether to return.

“I would love to come back but I’m in a difficult position.

“I’m signed to CBS and I’ve been with them for seven years with amazing women on The Talk and it’s up to Simon to see if they’ll let me do it.

“My whole life is travel so if I hadn’t been here I would’ve been in South America with Ozzy so the travelling doesn’t bother me it’s that I had to keep going back each week for the show.”

This thread dissapoints me.

Before entering this thread all I saw was "Sharon Osbourne to stay with..." I immediately assumed this meant Saara Aalto :(

She is a waste of space, confused, half drunk looking, didnt turn up for some of the audition shows even though she was paid HUGELY for coming back, not a clue about singing, said the same old phrases over and over. Its time for the X factor to get a facelift. If they could only find two relevant talented artists to judge instead of Louis and Sharon
