Love Island's Olivia Buckland has addressed speculation she may enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.


The blonde beauty has been rumoured as one of the 'New Stars' on the line up for next month's show.

And speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Olivia didn't exactly deny the reports.

"I think it's madness as it is in there, she said coyly.

If Olivia does join the show, we could be in store for fireworks.

"I do tend to get on with people, I think it's because I'm quite laid back, but I don't know how long I could last before someone got on my nerves," Olivia explained. "Katie Hopkins, she's so opinionated and so am I, so there could be a run in there.



"She can be scary. But I'm scarier, it's fine."

Earlier this month Olivia said she was up for a stint on CBB - as long as boyfriend and Love Island co star Alex joins her.

"I don’t think that I’ll ever be done (with reality TV), I’d never say never, you never know what’s going to happen," Olivia said. "I loved the experience of Love Island and if I could do something similar with Alex then I don’t think I could say no.”

Asked by The Sun newspaper if she would take part in Celebrity Big Brother in particular, Olivia told the newspaper: “If Alex came with me I’d go for it.”

Celebrity Big Brother returns to Channel 5 on January 3 for what will be its 19th series.

Channel 5 last week confirmed that the new run of the show will - as widely rumoured - see a mix of former Celebrity Big Brother housemates as well as new faces.
