I've had 600 calories today, so dinner is going to be around 800-1000 cals.

Hmm tempting, the only thing is the base is kind of crispy, it's not great.

Yeah it is, but it's kind of like a gross crispy. Don't know how to explain it.

Not really. Just eating less.

Like yesterday I had a pizza for lunch and then macaroni and cheese with garlic bread for dinner and it came in at 1600.

I'm trying to eat between 1500-2000 calories a day, I need to eat a maximum of 2300 calories to lose weight.

So basically just eating normally.

I don't know what could be confusing about that statement. :suspect:

Exactly. Supernoodles and hot dogs are processed and filled with a crap load of additives and artificials whereas making your own food from scratch means you know exactly what goes in as you're making it yourself and you can control how much salt you put in which makes it much healthier.

Losing weight is more so based on what you eat than calorie counting

Will.

Yeah I guess but in 2012 when I barely ate anything I lost so much weight, did't change what I ate but just barely ate at all.

So I think with me eating less is the best option. I looked so slim in 2012 looking back.

If you want to lose weight, you need to burn more than you consume. So I'd recommend excercising more to burn extra calories whilst you're also cutting.

I walk from the north circular to home everyday! It takes forever, like 45 mins. :smug:

My watch says I'm burning 700 calories doing that.

If you were eating really minimal amounts then it is possible but still not recommended :worry: If you wanna lose fat then you need to cut out as much fat of your diet as you can. Therefore you should make your own pizza :hee:

:clap1:

Substitute trash food with healthier options because once you lose weight you'll think you're done and just go back to your old ways and you'll put on all the weight again. You might as well get all your calories from the good stuff as opposed to just relying on eating less of the same junk, but still eating it anyway.
