Did any past contestants turn down Game Changers?

Does anyone have a list? I assume some were asked but turned it down.

Of the top of my head, I know Kelley Wentworth turned it down because she didn't want to return so soon after Cambodia, which I assume is why Ciera is there instead - and then there were probably the usual suspects of Parvati etc who they'd ask anyway, plus people like Joe (Anglim, not Del Campo, as if I even needed to specify) who I also think turned it down

Then there were a helluva lot of people who were apparently cut: Alexis Maxwell, Carolyn, Chelsea, Danni, Earl, John Cody, Jon Misch, Penner, LJ, Marty, Mike Holloway, Thirdpersonica, Natalies Anderson and Bolton, Peter Baggenstos, Sabrina and Sophie Clarke (Natalie Anderson in particular was said to have been cut for Sierra)

I'd prefer neither! Especially since Ciera "changing the game" was needlessly dogpiling her vote into the majority and Kelley "changing the game" was finding two idols.

I don't think there are even twenty actual Game Changers for them to have chosen from, and most of them (Richard Hatch, Kathy VO, Cao Boi, Stacy Kimball etc) would never have been considered in the first place, so yeah they kinda shot themselves in the foot there didn't they? It's almost as if this theme is completely arbitrary...
