CONFIRMED - Sandi has quit Gogglebox

In a statement confirming the news, Channel 4 said: "We are delighted that Sandra's daughter Chanchez is to join the show next series.

"She's a great addition to the cast."

It comes after Sandi opted to leave the Channel 4 programme in order to pursue other opportunities.

The statement continued: "Sandi has decided to leave the show to pursue her singing career and other opportunities and we wish her all the very best."

Sandi's debut single 'Casanova' – a remake of the '80s classic by Coffee – premiered in August, and she's since followed it up with a cover of Bing Crosby's festive classic 'White Christmas'.
