A nice festive thread. No need for Marsh coming in all "I like to bottom lol"

Now I'm earning more money I actually love buying people things. I spent a load on my brother and I hope he loves all of it x

I like to give. But if I don't receive anything in return I actually resent them.

I really like both, probably giving though. I enjoy buying things for people and seeing their reactions when they open them. :flutter:

I love both but i've got to say I love getting excited to see what people got me because I love surprises (unless they're jumpscares they can die)

Jason.

Not jumpscares on Christmas.

It is a love based on giving and receiving, and the love that they give and have and share and receive, and through this giving and receiving and having and sharing we too can share and have and give and receive.

Receiving because i've not got the money to buy people gifts atm, i do enjoy helping to wrap presents so that will come in handy when i do start giving presents.

Giving . I hate presents unless I have specifically asked for something

Receiving haha I love opening presents on Christmas Day. However this year I am more excited for the reactions of my family when they open the presents I'll be giving them.

Neither tbh

I'm awkward to buy for because I expect super personal and meaningful presents and then I'm invariably just like "oh...you got me a lynx set... thanks... :)..." on the morning.

But I know I'm damn good at buying presents (when I can afford to) so yeah I find it easier buying them than asking/hinting for them.

To the people who (if you) genuinely think people are lying when they say giving then not at all :nono:

I like receiving presents when it's something I really want (or if it's money) but opening random gifts from family that you're like 'meh' isn't really that exciting. I'm always grateful and I generally like what my parents buy but I'd rather the satisfaction of having others be happy with your gifts.

Varies, the wise ones not only ask what I would like( if they don't already know) and the even wiser ones go out shopping for their gifts with mammys card.:joker:
Life can be. So simple with such little effort.

I prefer giving. I love buying things for others. I'm not actually fussed about getting presents. I like getting presents obviously but I prefer buying for others.

Both really, I love watching to see if people enjoy what I give them though.

Although I detest opening a gift someone had given me infront of them, that's scary stuff, what if you don't act right and they end up getting hurt or even worse angry

Omg its all a big mess

The family bag is her way of hinting she wants you to share them with her

Totally the giving. Although nice to receive, I don't expect others to buy me Christmas gifts, would rather they spent on people who don't have as much as others. Giving is so much better and more satisfying than receiving.
