We all know memories of the past can influence the way we feel and bring on emotions that include fear, happiness, sadness, to name a few.
If you could erase a memory from your past so in your mind it never happened would you? And What memory would you choose.

I erase all nasty memories. And there has been a lot.
Or more to the point I push them so far to the back of my mind that they aren't real memories, but are like bad dreams. Not relevant to me any more.
It's a technique I developed, which means I live in a good mood in the present. :D :)

Hi sheriff,it's no surprise I guess ,that I would erase the abduction and murder of James Bulger.:bawling:

If it's something that still happened but you just didn't remember it, I don't think I'd bother with it really... especially if it's something major and horrible that you're just going to hear about from a friend or in the news at some point anyway (like that murder Kazanne mentioned)... although I'd like to forget all about 2 Girls 1 Cup.

If it's a memory you want to "delete" then surely there's a chance you'll repeat the mistake in the future? At least if you have something you're not so proud of you'll know not do it again.

An example of a memory someone might want to delete, my dad found a girl in a wood and she had been murdered and set on fire, I'm sure he would want to delete that mormory.

Quite a few, but learning to live with them is the way forward, rather than dwelling on them, if possible.
