No it's not
No one suggested editing out Ray J, who is also black
Ashley.

Well considering the fact that they all loved Ray J, I'd say no.

Only because he's associated with Kim K and they want the tea. Calum actually knowing her and saying he likes did nothing to change their mind they were determined to put her up for whatever reason

Not even close to being racist but people love to kick up a ridiculous fuss over nothing.

It was only really James who wanted her out
Jasmine only said her name because she picked her at random
James is picking on someone he sees as weak

Not really. I don't think the 'I HAD A FIGHT WITH WHITNEY' endeared them.

Nope.
Might be a case of get rid of the competition, it is all game after all.
She came across as. Entertaining with a good personality....major threat to anyone wanting to win.

I don't know if racism had anything to do with it, but I don't understand their reasons for 'editing her out'... they said it was because she was entertaining and would be even more entertaining if she was chosen, or something? Even though they were asked to pick the least entertaining... I dunno, it didn't make any sense to me.

By the looks of things, they "edited her out" because they thought she'd kick off about it and therefore be entertaining... I would've probably done the same... I suppose I'm a racist, too?
Probably not racist but I don't really understand their reasoning. Can only think they felt on the spot and just settled on the one none of them really know/have ties to/felt any immediate affection for

I don't think it was racism but I don't see how they can deem her the 'least entertaining' over the DJ and the footballer

James seemed determined to pick her but no one else did, I'd say it's less to do with racism and probably more to do with the fact that James seems a bit intimidated by strong women.

I just hope she doesn't think that. She looked really disturbed by the decision.
I honestly do not get how Jamie came across as someone who would be entertaining. However, I think Dezzy is completely right about James being intimidated by strong women, but I think he also wants to rile her up. It's a good decision though because she seems like the sort of person who would deliver, but will she even be in the highlights :p

Bianca seemed more scary in the VT. But she's blonde so I guess they weren't too intimidated.

No. I can see where they were coming from - not British so that's a disadvantage, not really known, she came out less exciting than the others.

Because they were watching her when she entered the house and saw that she was quite outspoken, whereas everyone else was, on the other hand, relatively reserved. The choice was down to personality, not colour, and I think it's a little too early to call everyone racist for daring to mention Stacey's name.

Yeah, I think that's more of a American/British thing though. James is aware of Gazza's legacy, and Stacy was an easy target.

Tbh it was more sheepish behaviour to me.
James disliked her and he's the most vocal one out of the group so the others cowardly followed through with it. Even Austin and Speidi who argued against her being edited out went through with it.

I don't really know why I'm having to spell this out to you but by "kick off about it", I meant "kick off about being chosen"... since that was the twist, wasn't it?

But they don't know her. What about her made them believe she would kick off?:conf: If anything it should have been Bianca if that's their reasoning. They know her/of her and she can kick off. :conf:

Not really sure why people are annoyed about this
I mean granted my first reaction was 'what :umm2:' when they first mentioned her name, but the logic that picking someone who's likely to get pissed off about it was a sound one, I mean her face was hysterical afterwards :joker: if they actually genuinely meant someone was gonna get edited out then obviously on first impressions it'd have to be Jamie or James but now we know what it entails I don't see the issue...yet

You can't bleat about prejudice against someone's skin colour whilst also slagging off other people's physical appearance. It really makes your opinions worthless.
