Piers tied Corbyn in NOTS.

Corbyn will still not say Immigration Reduction
until the EU deal is sorted,

But on Trump
he did not agree with his policy
but he will meet him
if Corbyn becomes PM

Last September Corbyn was committed to an open borders policy and pledged to let immigration "surge". So, was he lying then? Or is he lying now? How can we tell...?

He should just become a nice quaint loony left lecturer being stalked by hapless overly idealistic naive female students who mistake him for daddy Christmas...sort of like the role michael caine played in educating rita , minus the charm and humour:smug:

Well that or he had a televised interview with the BBC today followed by a speech which Labour themselves have been bigging up all week

I think the only ones to obsess over him are the 'hapless, overly idealistic and naive' supporters of his impractical, unrealistic and crazy ideologies.

Yes I saw Kuenssberg and her orchestrated interview, she touched on what he was reported or some report was suggested to have said earlier.....but is there evidence of it? I'm loath to believe her she has a knack of twisting words and has been condemned for it by her own organisation recently.

He has basically only reiterated what I suspected may happen following brexit, there will be a shake up of immigration but it won't affect those coming to secure cheap 0hr contracts as 'agency' workers.
That of course needs addressing urgently, I would've thought that was obvious.
Maybe if more thought about it rationally they would agree, although it seems because it is Corbyn raising the issue there is a groupthink knee jerk reaction.
I would encourage people to look at this more logically.

We all saw what he said. Both times. Once he said one thing and once he said another thing. Once he wanted the borders open to saturation point and once he thought there should be a cap on immigration. All the twisting and turning won't change the words, I'm afraid, and none of us on here struggle with basic comprehension.

Well seeing as immigration is such a black and white issue ( no pun intended) can your comprehension skills stretch to brexit.... What does that mean in regard to immigration, have we had clarification on this?
Why is the leader of the opposition being grilled on it...How about getting something concrete from those actually in government now? :/

Why are you asking me? Corbyn can't come up with a straight answer I wonder why you want me to?

As I stated he is not in a position to have to make any set in stone decisions at the moment, May is. Let's see if she can directly answer one question this month about immigration....or anything come to that, it's well documented that she has been at best evasive and at worst useless so far since her er, elevation to PM.

This thread is about Corbyn though. He made the comments both times. If May had made the comments I'd be saying the same about her. Attacking May in defence of Corbyn is just deflecting.

Well no it's debating, if we can shine a light on the opposition to expend their position on any given issue then is it not right and fair to turn that towards those in power at the moment?
I have addressed my thoughts on Mr Corbyns comments and my views on his reasoning, I should now like to hear from the government on this topic, but there is nothing.

Yes Kizzy
he had a busy morning, yesterday
but as radio 4 AM today stated he then
added words to his speech
that no one got on their
pre notes given.

So headlines today of him flip flopping
sadly
