I can't see them ignoring him if he were in pain, they let Sam Faiers spend 3 weeks in bed and they sent David Guest and others to separate rooms when they were unwell. they are pretty hot on the HMs welfare, loads of people have been to hospital and come back, It's a mystery but he featured so little in the highlights it's hard to know what happened

I cant see that all these rumours are true. If they were, why hasnt the source he was talking to released details. Sounds fishy to me and as usual it will all end up as a non story and fizzle out into a 2 min segment with no real substance. If an American wants to sue, you better believe the world hears about it, especially if he is in the right. The only time it goes underground is if they need time to concoct some BS storyline to gain an advantage on the media circuit.

I wonder if they'll make that some sort of condition in future? Just write in a little clause that it's the responsibility of housemates to have a basic physical / dental check-up before entering. Not to make it so that they HAVE to, but if they choose not to then they can't expect to be paid if something that would have been flagged up becomes an issue. For Ray J to be in so much pain now, it would DEFINITELY have been spotted by a dentist at a check up... these things take months to get to that level.

Be different if he had fallen, or bitten something, and cracked a tooth while in there.

Definitely - otherwise HM's are just going to use it as an excuse to leave - I think they would need proof they passed a thorough medical anyway exactly so they cant sue - yes with a tooth as bad as he is saying - after being all up and :dance: on the first night - to me he looks bored and tired (like me watching this series) How I miss Bear - this silly fuss about not sharing a bed with Nicola - he clearly didn't read the contract before he went in? :eureka:

p.s the holiday competition takes up about 4 mins every show - don't ever enter that - the only people that win them know someone who knows someone in the company.
