Sounds to me like he's been clean for a long time and I'm inclined to believe him. May have been relapses, but his attitude and realisation towards drugs makes me think he's telling the truth.

brandon has been a cokehead for years, not even a brush with death would make him stop, being in the big brother house, would be the best thing to rehab, and he is being paid for it, people with addiction in alcohol or drugs have the same trait, there very self-centered and they only care for there habit,

This was my immediate thought judging by his past. I think there is a lot of mileage in this assumption.

Well if I was in there I would need several drugs to keep me going
