Oh I agree that they definitely didn't initially pick the right people (bar a couple) even if they may now be delivering, but this is C5, and they don't rationalise things in competent ways (see: not cancelling this eviction after two people leave) so sadly I just think they'll see the whole idea as a mistake, rather than who they chose
