All-stars getting special treatment

Does anyone feel all-stars can pretty much do what they want and get away with it and it's all different for new-stars

for example
Jedward were allowed to go hospital and return but Ray couldn't?
Angie gets a warning for something silly but people like Austin who put his finger in James's crack pretty much got away it without a warning?

I agree, normally on Bots it would have been explained, it was never mentioned,in time it will come out,but I believe it was nothing to do with toothache
