The cats are all under the puffy throw quilt on top of my bed in a warm furry heap. The cold Hooman is at the desk working.

aw My fella is at the vets right now being groomed and he's probably going to have his belly shaved because it always gets knotted this time of year, so thankfully it's not so cold here

I hate the winter. Days are wasted by bad light, cold and snow.
By the time it gets to 5pm, it's too cold to go out, it's dark and depressing.
In other countries where's hot and sunny, and it doesn't get dark until 11pm, they're still enjoying their day.
On top of that the summer months here are usually crap too with too much rain.:fist:

And what about the high heating bills, gas and electric. :fist:
We actually have to pay money to stay a healthy temperature or else we'll get hypothermia. :fist:

Not as bad as yesterday here, we had about 3 inches of snow but it's melting a bit today so must be above freezing innit. Though it was snowing again a couple of hours ago...
Just hope it doesn't start up heavy, I'm at work now until half 10 and there was an incident a couple of years ago where a tonne of snow came down in the last hour or so before closing and I was stranded until after midnight :umm2:.

That's why the Autumn months (mainly September/October) are the best. Not as cold and dreary as the winter months but you don't get those annoying hot days and sleepless nights trying to keep cool that you do in the summer. It's perfect.

I think we have 1 more week of this and it will rise - it is a blessing - especially for those who are homeless.
